Wine-making
Destemming of the grapes, crushing and then low pressure pressing. Fermentation process with controlled temperature in stainless steel containers. The base wine is preserved at a controlled temperature before the second fermentation in autoclave.

Second fermentation in big closed containers at a controlled temperature for 30 days.

Straw yellow with greenish hues.
