From the management of the vineyards to the planning of the grape harvest: competence and expertise is made available for every vine grower to guarantee top quality.
Once harvested, the grapes are brought to the wine-making center and start being processed within a few hours from the harvest.
The process is careful and controlled: here the enologist chooses the most appropriate techniques to transform the must into wine enhancing the properties of our land, always with an eye on the harvest features.
Only time will express the volcanic range of aromas!
It is indeed the maturation process that leads these fine wines to the full expression of their features, using first, second and third passage wooden barrels, especially used for the élevage of the most important wine reserves.
The wines are bottled in a traditional way and then delivered to a specific logistical line to be stored in areas equipped with humidity and temperature level controls, and then shipped.
