The Company

Behind every bottle lies a story. Today, Poderi del Doge is a collective heritage recognized from the very first sip.

Lands of ancient winemaking tradition

Poderi del Doge was established in 2014 by the initiative of over 680 members of the historic Cantina Colli Euganei, active since 1949 between Padova and Venice.

The vineyards are located in areas protected by DOCG Veneto and DOC Veneto designations, in a territory with a winemaking tradition dating back to the 1400s. Among hills and historic villas, we produce wines that express quality, identity, and a profound connection to the Veneto region.

Technology in service of typicity

Today, technology and research complement the production experience of our growers, ensuring the cultivation of healthy and intact grapes—an essential characteristic of quality wine.

Supporting the meticulous work carried out in the vineyard, our wines hold BRC, IFS, and Organic certifications.

Grape varieties and terroir

Across 850 hectares of vineyards, we cultivate typical varieties such as Moscato Fior d’Arancio, local Prosecco clones, and international varieties. Over 400 hectares are located in the hills, and 150 follow organic farming principles, yielding a total production of approximately 130,000 quintals of grapes.

From this richness arise three dedicated lines: Vulcanici, with pronounced minerality; Classici, fresh and immediately enjoyable; Biologici, an authentic expression of genuineness and tradition. Wines that tell the story of the territory and celebrate its ancient identity.

Production

From vineyard management to harvest, every phase is overseen with expertise to ensure high-quality grapes. After picking, the clusters are delivered to the winery within a few hours to begin vinification immediately.

The winemaker selects the most suitable techniques based on the vintage, enhancing the characteristics of the terroir. Aging, including in wooden barrels for the most important reserves, guides the wine toward its full aromatic expression.

Bottling and storage in temperature-controlled environments complete the process, ensuring quality through to distribution.
