Vineyards located in the areas with the highest winemaking vocation in Veneto.
Clay-limestone soils, rich in minerals and well-drained.
Approximately 4,000 - 4,500 vines per hectare.
Gentle pressing of the grapes and temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks. The subsequent secondary fermentation takes place in autoclave according to the Charmat Method (Martinotti), to preserve the primary aromas and freshness of the fruit intact.
On the nose it expresses a fine, fresh and fragrant bouquet. Clear floral notes of small white flowers and acacia emerge, accompanied by pleasant fruity hints of green apple, pear and nuances of white peach.
On the palate it is soft, harmonious and pleasantly enveloping thanks to the Extra Dry dosage
