Our terroir

Wines made from grapes grown on volcanic soils, wherever they are found in the world, exhibit similar organoleptic qualities that are easily recognizable and appreciated: characteristics resulting from the presence of basalt and tuff, the main components of these soils.

Wines of great expressive intensity, with a significant structure and marked savory, acidic, and mineral notes. On the nose, smoky, iodized, and rocky hints emerge.
