Destemming of the grapes, crushing and subsequent low-pressure pressing. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The base wine is stored at controlled temperature before secondary fermentation in autoclave.
Offers fruity aromas of bergamot, apple and peach.
Flavor with mineral notes of flint.
