Alternating basaltic, calcareous, and to a lesser extent peaty substrates. Abundant presence of components such as phosphorus, magnesium, and potassium.
3,000 to 4,000 vines per hectare.
Destemming of the grapes, crushing, and subsequent low-pressure pressing. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vessels. The base wine is stored at controlled temperature before secondary fermentation in autoclave.
Offers fruity aromas of bergamot, apple, and peach.
